In a refined and welcoming area, Castelvecchio restaurant offers traditional Tuscan cuisine specialities in a fashioned way and interpreted by our chefs.
Particular attention is given to meat and sausages, typical delicacies of these areas. Other products of our land are highlighted in our menu, such as the white truffle of San Miniato, wrinkled tomatoes, pecorino cheese and olive oil.
Every night we also offer fresh fish dishes.
Meals are accompanied by best Italian wines: our cellars jelaousy preserve a curated selection of red and white wines, obviously offering traditional Tuscan wines.
